Eligibility’s Requirements
• BSc Nursing or GNM
• German language proficiency at B2 level (all modules: Listening, Speaking, Writing, Reading) – free training provided via the program (Terms C Conditions Apply).
• Age below 35 (male/female)
Work Experience
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on clinical experience preferred.
• Placement based on qualifications, experience, and German proficiency level.

Program Highlights and Services Offered
This program provides end-to-end support for seamless relocation:
• German Training: A1–B2 (residential offline), including reference books, mock exams, internal assessments, counselling, and one-time B2 exam reimbursement. Out of the fees of 1.5 lac paid, 1.2 lac will be refunded once the candidate joins the employment in Germany
• Documentation Aid: Free sworn translations, Anerkennung (recognition), work permits, and government approvals.
• Visa s Travel: Free application assistance, German visa fee, one-way economy flight, and incoming health insurance.
• On Arrival: Accommodation arrangement and setup, meet-and-assist, city orientation, and social security system enrolment.
Roadmap:
1. Attend seminar/orientation; submit CV for preliminary interview.
2. Get selected; Pay 1.5 lac as fees out of which 1.2 lac will be refunded once candidate joins the employment
3. Begin residential German training; pass level assessments.
4. At B2: Employer interview and job offer.
5. Receive German documents; submit visa.
6. Fly to Germany and start nursing career. (1.2 lac refunded)
Non-Inclusive Expenses: Vaccinations, police clearance, fit-to-work certificate (from Indian hospital), repeat German exam fees, extra baggage.
